Dr. Betyshia Belardo, MD, DABFM, DABOM, MSCP is a triple board-certified physician specializing in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Menopause Medicine, with over 13 years of clinical experience helping women 35+ navigate perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic health. She trained at UCLA, Morehouse School of Medicine, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School, bringing a uniquely integrated approach that connects hormonal and metabolic health in a way most providers simply don’t. She empowers purpose-driven women to optimize hormone health, lose weight sustainably, and reclaim their energy, confidence, and clarity during midlife and beyond.
Nancy Lum, RDN
With more than two decades of clinical expertise, Nancy Lum built and continues to lead nationally recognized bariatric nutrition programs, transforming patient care through evidence-based strategies and compassionate guidance. Dawn O’Meally, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker and Level 3 TEAM-CBT Therapist who has been helping people create meaningful change for nearly four decades. She specializes in bariatric behavioral health, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and evidence-based therapy that empowers clients with practical tools and skills for lasting success.
